Kerri Einarson (Gimli, MB) needed a tiebreaker to advance to the playoffs, Einarson finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Christina Black (Halifax, NS) 12-5, then won 6-5 against Kate Cameron (St. Adolphe, MB) and 9-1 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC). Einarson won 6-4 against Kaitlyn Lawes (Winnipeg, MB), then won 9-7 against Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) and 6-5 against Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB). Einarson went on to lose 7-6 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Einarson earned 41.225 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Canadian Olympic Curling Trials.
