After receiving a bye through the quarterfinals, Atherton lost 11-3 to Calan MacIsaac (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals to drop into the third place game. of the 2025 New Holland Canadian U20 Junior Championships in Summerside, Prince Edward Island;
 
Atherton finished 7-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Atherton defeated Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB) 7-3, then won 8-3 against Nash Sugden (Morden, MB) and 7-3 against Tyler MacTavish (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Atherton won 8-3 against Isaiah Dalton (Cornwall, PEI), then won 12-5 against Chris Parkinson (Comox Valley, BC) and 8-7 against Riley Winters (North Bay, NO). Atherton went on to lose 9-6 against Derksen. Atherton responded with a 8-3 win over Pierre-Olivier Roy (Quebec, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their third place finish at the New Holland Canadian U20 Junior Championships, Atherton earn 2.250 world rankings points. For week 35 of the event schedule, Atherton did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Atherton ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
