Gillspie finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gillspie lost 6-5 to Sunny Lovell (Niagara Falls, ON), then responded with a 8-6 win over Gavyn Harwood (Listowel, ON). Gillspie won 11-3 against Trenton Morin-Labbe (Timmins, ON), then won 11-3 against Jackson Finnie (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
