MacTavish finished 4-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacTavish defeated Adam Schell (Barrie, ON) 4-3, then won 9-1 against Brendan Xuereb (Peterborough, ON) and 9-1 against Charlie Campion (Mississauga, ON). MacTavish won 9-2 against Sean Virostek (Sania, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
MacTavish ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
