Koana/Aoki won 7-6 against Matsumura/Tanida, then won 10-3 against Moka Tanaka/Koei Sato (Morioka, JPN) and 10-2 against Ikue Kitazawa/Shingo Usui (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
