In their opening game, Olson lost 7-6 to Robyn Munro (Glasgow, GBR), droppimg another game, 7-6 to Jessica Zheng (Niagara Falls, CAN). Olson lost 9-6 to Giulia Zardini Lacedelli (Roma, ITA). Olson lost 9-8 to Nadine Baertschiger (Solothurn, SUI). Olson lost 8-3 to Kim Sutor (Muenchen, GER) where Olson responded with a 10-5 win over Eilin Kjaerland (Lillehammer, NOR). Olson went on to lose 7-3 against Yui Ozeki (Tokyo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Olson earned 0.563 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 25 of the event schedule, Olson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Olson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
