In their opening game, Gilberti lost 8-4 to Moa Dryburgh (Sundbyberg , SWE), then responded with a 7-5 win over Julia Dyderska (Warsaw, POL). Gilberti went on to lose 11-1 against Torhild Bjoernstad (Oppdal, NOR). Gilberti lost 12-3 to Bobae Kang (Jeonbuk, KOR). Gilberti lost 8-3 to Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, CAN). Gilberti lost 9-4 to Yuina Miura (Nayoro, JPN). Gilberti lost 8-1 to Junhang Pei (Beijing, CHN). Gilberti lost 5-2 to Laura Watt (Stirling, GBR) where Gilberti responded with a 10-5 win over Andie McDonald (Phoenix , USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Gilberti earned 1.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 26 of the event schedule, Gilberti did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Gilberti ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
