Lee lost 5-2 to Josh Bryden (Regina, CAN) where Lee responded with a 5-2 win over Axel Landelius (Mjolby, SWE). Lee won 7-2 against Tianyu Meng (Harbin, CHN), then won 6-4 against Norway's Lukas Hostmaelingen. Lee went on to lose 6-3 against Caden Hebert (Eau Claire, USA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Lee earned 2.813 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 68th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 2.438 after improving upon their best so far this season. Lee ranks 60th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 45.563 points earned so far this season.
