Tianyu Meng (Harbin, CHN) finished 1-8 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Meng lost 7-6 to Giacomo Colli (Trentino, ITA), droppimg another game, 6-2 to Josh Bryden (Regina, CAN) where Meng responded with a 6-5 win over Great Britain's Arran Thomson. Meng went on to lose 7-5 against Caden Hebert (Eau Claire, USA). Meng lost 6-5 to Jan Iseli (Solothurn , SUI). Meng lost 8-3 to Norway's Lukas Hostmaelingen. Meng lost 7-2 to JaeBeom Lee (Uiseong, KOR). Meng lost 9-3 to Axel Landelius (Mjolby, SWE). Meng lost 6-3 to Eduard Nikolov (Kyiv, UKR) in their final qualifying round match.

Meng earned 0.563 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 26 of the event schedule, Meng did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Meng ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
