Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB) lost 7-6 to Kate Cameron (St. Adolphe, MB) in the Final of the RME Women of the Rings, held January 22 - 26, 2025 in Pilot Mound, Manitoba. To advance to the championship game, Peterson won 9-1 over Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals   of the 2025 RME Women of the Rings in Pilot Mound, Manitoba; 
 
Peterson finished 6-3 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Peterson defeated Alyssa Calvert (Carberry, MB) 5-4, then went on to lose 10-9 against Robertson. Peterson responded with a 9-5 win over Cassidy Dundas (Winnipeg, MB). Peterson won 8-2 against Lane Prokopowich (Winnipeg, MB), then won 10-6 against Kristy Watling (East St. Paul, MB). Peterson went on to lose 9-8 against Hailey McFarlane (Winnipeg, MB). Peterson responded with a 6-5 win over Lisa McLeod (Winnipeg, MB). Peterson went on to lose 7-6 against Cameron. Peterson responded with a 7-5 win over McFarlane in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the RME Women of the Rings, Peterson take home 13.750 world rankings points. Peterson move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 10 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 25th overall with 143.781 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Peterson ranks 20th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 118.125 points earned so far this season.
