Cameron finished 6-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cameron defeated Cheyenne Ehnes (Winnipeg, MB) 9-5, then won 9-1 against Sarah-Jane Sass (Winnipeg, MB). Cameron went on to lose 9-5 against Hailey McFarlane (Winnipeg, MB). Cameron responded with a 9-3 win over Rachel Kaatz (Winnipeg, MB). Cameron went on to lose 8-7 against Lisa McLeod (Winnipeg, MB). Cameron responded with a 8-6 win over Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB). Cameron won 7-5 against Kristy Watling (East St. Paul, MB), then won 7-6 against Peterson in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the RME Women of the Rings Championship title, Cameron earned 18.750 world rankings points. Cameron move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 11.437 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 19th overall with 156.875 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Cameron ranks 23rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 115.125 points earned so far this season.
