To advance to the championship game, Stewart won 7-1 over Ryan Ostrowsky (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the Brandon Berth Bonspiel in Brandon, Manitoba; and won 7-3 over Cale Dunbar (Brandon, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the Brandon Berth Bonspiel in Brandon, Manitoba;
Stewart finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stewart defeated Ed Barr (Winnipeg, MB) 6-2, then went on to lose 7-4 against Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB). Stewart responded with a 8-2 win over Travis Gregory (Hamiota, MB). Stewart won 8-7 against Jace Freeman (Virden, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Brandon Berth Bonspiel, Stewart take home 2.750 world rankings points along with the $1,000CDN prize. For week 24 of the event schedule, Stewart did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Stewart ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
