To advance to the championship game, Yurko won 9-2 over Lila Koe (Okotoks/Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2025 Alberta Optimist U18 Girls Provincial Championship in Leduc, Alberta, Canada;
 
Yurko are currently 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yurko defeated Siobhan McGriskin (Grande Prairie, AB) 6-3, then went on to lose 7-3 against Desormeau. Yurko responded with a 9-1 win over Darby McMillan (Wainwright/Sherwood Park, AB). Yurko won 7-2 against Emma Deschiffart (Lacombe/Edmonton, AB). In their opening game, Yurko plays Sierra Wyatt (Lacombe, AB) on Thursday at 4pm and Kieran Roa (Calgary, AB) at 9pm and Kieran Roa (Calgary, AB) at 9pm.
 
Yurko ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
