Sipka finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sipka defeated Alberta's Trent Poulsen 7-3, then won 12-0 against Alberta's Nash McCutcheon and 7-4 against Jackson Northcott (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
