Nina Roth/Kroy Nernberger (Madison, WI) won 10-4 over Sara Olson/Coleman Thurston (Fargo, MN) in the Final of the USA Curling Last Chance Olympic Mixed Doubles Qualifier, held November 14 - 17 at the Curl Mesabi in Eveleth, United States. To advance to the championship game, Roth/Nernberger won 8-6 over Rachel Workin/Evan Workin (FARGO, ND) in the semifinals of the USA Curling Last Chance Olympic Mixed Doubles Qualifier in Eveleth, Minnesota, United States; and won 6-5 over Toni Paisley/Theran Michaelis (Onalaska, WI) in the quarterfinals. of the USA Curling Last Chance Olympic Mixed Doubles Qualifier in Eveleth, Minnesota, United States;

Roth/Nernberger finished 3-0 in the 48-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roth/Nernberger defeated Tessa Brockie/Justin Canfield (Nashville, TN) 9-3, then won 7-3 against Em Good/MacAllan Guy (Seattle, WA) and 10-3 against Gianna Johnson/Will Podhradsky (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the USA Curling Last Chance Olympic Mixed Doubles Qualifier Championship title, Roth/Nernberger earned 7.500 world rankings points.
