Renee Sobering/Darryl Sobering (Westminster, CO) finished 1-2 in the 48-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sobering/Sobering defeated Seema Shah/David Betts (San Francisco, CA) 9-6, then went on to lose 11-9 against Toni Paisley/Theran Michaelis (Onalaska, WI). Sobering/Sobering lost 8-2 to Rilee Kraft/Cayden Kraft (Bismarck, ND) in their final qualifying round match.
