Chelsey Emberley/Andrew McMillan (Weyburn, SK) finished 2-3 in the 22-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Emberley/McMillan defeated Savanna Taylor/Brecklin Gervais (Kronau, SK) 8-3, then went on to lose 8-2 against Brett Barber/Mitch Heidt (Kerrobert, SK). Emberley/McMillan lost 10-8 to Alanna Blackwell/Brody Blackwell (Saskatoon, SK) where Emberley/McMillan responded with a 1-0 win over Meachem/Shaun Meachem (Swift Current, SK). Emberley/McMillan went on to lose 10-2 against Mya Silversides/Brayden Grindheim (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Emberley/McMillan earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 29 of the event schedule, Emberley/McMillan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Emberley/McMillan ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
