Johan Nygren (Umea, SWE) finished 2-3 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nygren defeated Sweden's Jordan Wahlin 9-6, then went on to lose 7-4 against Axel Landelius (Mjolby, SWE). Nygren lost 8-5 to Jacob Schmidt (Hvidovre, DEN) where Nygren responded with a 5-4 win over Vilmer Nygren (Harnosand, SWE). Nygren went on to lose 8-5 against Schmidt in their final qualifying round match.

For week 13 of the event schedule, Nygren did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
