Duncan Silversides (Kamloops, BC) run at the 2025 Canada West Curling Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-4 loss to Josh Bryden (Regina, SK). of the 2025 Canada West Curling Championships in Calgary, Alberta, Canada;
Silversides finished 4-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Silversides defeated Johnson Tao (Edmonton, AB) 5-4, then won 7-3 against Logan Strand (Brandon, MB) and 5-4 against Reid Zingel (Victoria, BC). Silversides won 10-6 against Sam Nygaard (Lethbridge, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
Silversides earned 2.125 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Canada West Curling Championships. For week 27 of the event schedule, Silversides did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Silversides ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
