Reid Zingel (Victoria, BC) finished 1-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Zingel defeated Logan Strand (Brandon, MB) 8-7, then went on to lose 12-1 against Johnson Tao (Edmonton, AB). Zingel lost 5-4 to Duncan Silversides (Kamloops, BC). Zingel lost 9-2 to Josh Bryden (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Zingel earned 0.188 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Zingel did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Zingel ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
