Kate Cameron (St. Adolphe, MB) run at the 2024 New Year Curling in Miyota 2025 came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-4 loss to Miyu Ueno (Karuizawa, JPN). of the 2024 New Year Curling in Miyota 2025 in Miyota, Japan, Japan;

Cameron finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cameron defeated Wakaba Kawamura (Obihiro, JPN) 9-4, then won 6-5 against Yumi Suzuki (Tokyo, JPN). Cameron went on to lose 5-3 against Miori Nakamura (Aomori, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
