Rachel Kaatz (Winnipeg, MB) qualified for the 2024 MCT Showdown playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-2 against Nancy Martin (Saskatoon, SK). of the 2024 MCT Showdown in Stonewall, Manitoba, Canada;

Kaatz finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaatz lost 4-2 to Bobae Kang (Jeonbuk, KOR), then responded with a 9-6 win over Cheyenne Ehnes (Winnipeg, MB). Kaatz won 8-1 against Martin, then won 4-3 against Hailey McFarlane (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
