To advance to the championship game, MacDiarmid won 6-5 over Tanya Hilliard (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the Superstore Lady Monctonian in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada;
MacDiarmid finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacDiarmid defeated Cassidy Blades (Halifax, NS) 8-5, then won 7-2 against Nicole Arsenault-Bishop (Moncton, NB) and 9-8 against Mary Myketyn-Driscoll (Halifax, NS). MacDiarmid went on to lose 8-2 against Quillian in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Superstore Lady Monctonian, MacDiarmid take home 5.500 world rankings points along with the $1,600CDN prize. For week 10 of the event schedule, MacDiarmid did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
