To advance to the championship game, Skrlik won 11-6 over Kate Cameron (St. Adolphe, MB) in the semifinals of the 2024 Icebreaker Challenge in Morris, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-6 over Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Icebreaker Challenge in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;
Skrlik finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Skrlik lost 8-3 to Thevenot, then responded with a 10-4 win over Allory Johnson (Blaine, MN). Skrlik won 5-4 against Bella Hagenbuch (Utica, IL), then won 7-4 against Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Icebreaker Challenge, Skrlik take home 13.750 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN prize. For week 5 of the event schedule, Skrlik did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Skrlik ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
