Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND) qualified for the Icebreaker Challenge playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-6 against Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB). of the Icebreaker Challenge in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;

Workin finished 2-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Workin defeated Kate Cameron (St. Adolphe, MB) 8-4, then went on to lose 6-1 against Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB). Workin responded with a 6-5 win over Allie Giroux (Chaska, MN). Workin went on to lose 6-3 against Shaela Hayward (Carman, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Workin earned 3.750 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Icebreaker Challenge. For week 5 of the event schedule, Workin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
