Kate Cameron (St. Adolphe, MB) run at the Icebreaker Challenge came to an end in the semifinals with a 11-6 loss to Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB). of the Icebreaker Challenge in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;

Cameron finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cameron lost 8-4 to Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND), then responded with a 9-3 win over Allie Giroux (Chaska, MN). Cameron won 7-2 against Shaela Hayward (Carman, MB), then won 7-5 against Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Cameron earned 10.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Icebreaker Challenge. For week 5 of the event schedule, Cameron did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Cameron ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
