Fujisawa finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa defeated Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR) 7-6, then won 5-4 against Miyu Ueno (Karuizawa, JPN) and 7-2 against Miori Nakamura (Aomori, JPN). Fujisawa won 5-3 against Yui Ozeki (Tokyo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the ARGO GRAPHICS Cup, Fujisawa take home 24.750 world rankings points along with the $4,618CDN prize. For week 5 of the event schedule, Fujisawa did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Fujisawa ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
