Elizabeth Cousins (Nashua, NH) qualified for the 2024 MCT Curling Cup playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-3 against Hailey McFarlane (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2024 MCT Curling Cup in Winnipeg, Manitoba;

Cousins finished 2-1 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cousins defeated Kim Rhyme (Minneapolis, MN) 6-5, then went on to lose 7-6 against Sarah-Jane Sass (Winnipeg, MB). Cousins responded with a 7-0 win over Allory Johnson (Blaine, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Cousins earned 6.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the MCT Curling Cup. For week 14 of the event schedule, Cousins did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Cousins ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
