To advance to the championship game, Han/Wang won 10-3 over Ziqi Dong/Xueqing Fei (Beijing, CHN) in the semifinals of the 2024 Hack2House Alberta Curling Series Doubles Event 1 in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada;
 
Han/Wang are currently 3-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Han/Wang defeated Dong/Fei 8-7, then won 1-0 against Gerard/ Gerard (Beaumont, AB) and 8-5 against Ying Yang/Jiafeng Tian (Beijing, CHN). In their next game, Han/Wang plays.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Hack2House Alberta Curling Series Doubles Event 1, Han/Wang take home 8.250 world rankings points along with the $900CDN prize. For week 17 of the event schedule, Han/Wang did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Han/Wang ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
