Han/Wang are currently 3-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Han/Wang defeated Dong/Fei 8-7, then won 1-0 against Gerard/ Gerard (Beaumont, AB) and 8-5 against Ying Yang/Jiafeng Tian (Beijing, CHN). In their next game, Han/Wang plays.

With their runner-up finish at the Hack2House Alberta Curling Series Doubles Event 1, Han/Wang take home 8.250 world rankings points along with the $900CDN prize.
