Gim finished 2-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gim defeated Honoka Sasaki (Kitami, JPN) 4-3, then won 10-6 against Momoha Tabata (Sapporo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Hack2House Alberta Curling Series Women's Major Championship title, Gim earned 26.250 world rankings points along with the $6,300CDN first prize cheque.
