Dunbar went on to lose 6-3 against Van Amsterdam. Dunbar responded with a 8-0 win over Hlushak. In their next game, Dunbar plays.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Crestwood Platinum Anniversary Showdown, Dunbar take home 5.500 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN prize, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 122nd place overall with 17.668 total points.
