Jocelyn Peterman/Brett Gallant (Edmonton, AB) won 6-2 over Kadriana Lott/Colton Lott (Winnipeg Beach, MB) in the Final of the Rocky Mountain Classic - Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier, held December 5 - 8, 2024 at the Banff Curling Club in Banff, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Peterman/Gallant won 6-2 over Jennifer Armstrong/Tyrel Griffith (Kelowna, BC) in the semifinals of the 2024 Rocky Mountain Classic - Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier in Banff, Alberta, Canada; and won 9-7 over Rachel Homan/Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Rocky Mountain Classic - Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier in Banff, Alberta, Canada;
 
Peterman/Gallant finished 5-1 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Peterman/Gallant defeated Gabby Brissette/Ryan Parent (Calgary, AB) 9-3, then won 7-3 against Amanda Sluchinski/Aaron Sluchinski (Airdrie, AB). Peterman/Gallant went on to lose 8-7 against Courtney Woo/Daniel Wenzek (New Westminster, BC). Peterman/Gallant responded with a 8-2 win over Homan/Bottcher. Peterman/Gallant won 8-2 against Marlee Powers/Luke Saunders (Halifax, NS), then won 7-4 against Jennifer Jones/Brent Laing (Barrie, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Rocky Mountain Classic - Canadian Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials Qualifier Championship title, Peterman/Gallant earned 45.000 world rankings points along with the $6,500CDN first prize cheque. For week 19 of the event schedule, Peterman/Gallant did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Peterman/Gallant ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
