Woo/Wenzek won 8-4 against Julianna Mackenzie/Sterling Middleton (Vernon, BC), then won 7-2 against Christie Gamble/Dustin Kalthoff (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to a B-Qualifier game where they lost 8-5 against Walker/Muyres to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they responded with a 8-4 win over British Columbia's Ashley Mallett/Nicholas Meister to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
