Tone Aspli (Stange, NOR) finished 2-4 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Aspli lost 10-2 to Marianne Roervik (Lillehammer, NOR), droppimg another game, 8-3 to Torild Bjornstad (Oslo, NOR) where Aspli responded with a 9-6 win over Sylvi Hausstatter (Lillehammer, NOR). Aspli went on to lose 9-3 against Marina Hauser (Stabekk, NOR). Aspli responded with a 11-2 win over Kristin Braenden (Lillehammer, NOR). Aspli went on to lose 8-4 against Heidi Kjaerland (Haugesund, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Aspli earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 33 of the event schedule, Aspli did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Aspli ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
