Brandwood finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brandwood defeated Jo-Ann Rizzo (Mississauga , ON) 8-6, then won 6-4 against Jillian Uniacke (Guelph, ON). Brandwood went on to lose 1-0 against Katie Ford (Guelph, ON). Brandwood responded with a 7-1 win over Jenny Madden (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
