Shelley Hardy (Sarnia, ON) won 6-5 over Chelsea Brandwood (Niagara Falls, ON) in the Final of the Stroud Sleeman Cash Spiel, held October 17 - 20, 2024 at the Stroud Curling Club in Innisfil, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Hardy won 6-5 over Jo-Ann Rizzo (Mississauga , ON) in the semifinals of the 2024 Stroud Sleeman Cash Spiel in Innisfil, Ontario, Canada; and won 8-2 over Heather Heggestad (Barrie, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Stroud Sleeman Cash Spiel in Innisfil, Ontario, Canada;

Hardy finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hardy defeated Dominique Jean (Montreal, QC) 11-1, then went on to lose 6-4 against Katie Ford (Guelph, ON). Hardy responded with a 6-5 win over Jillian Uniacke (Guelph, ON). Hardy won 1-0 against Lauren Mann (North Bay, NO) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Stroud Sleeman Cash Spiel Championship title, Hardy earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $3,800CDN first prize cheque. For week 12 of the event schedule, Hardy did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hardy ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
