Elizabeth Cousins (Nashua, NH) lost 4-3 to Courtney Benson (Duluth, MN) in the Final of the St. Paul Cashspiel, held October 18 - 20, 2024 at the St. Paul Curling Club in St. Paul, . To advance to the championship game, Cousins won 8-3 over Allie Giroux (Chaska, MN) in the semifinals of the 2024 St. Paul Cashspiel in St. Paul; and won 7-4 over Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND) in the quarterfinals.

Cousins finished 4-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cousins defeated Gabrielle Coleman (Oakland, CA) 7-6, then went on to lose 7-0 against Benson. Cousins responded with a 9-7 win over Rachel Kawleski (Fargo, ND). Cousins won 5-4 against Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI), then won 4-3 against McMakin in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the St. Paul Cashspiel, Cousins take home 11.000 world rankings points along with the $4,149CDN prize. For week 12 of the event schedule, Cousins did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Cousins ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
