To advance to the championship game, Han/Wang won 8-7 over Tori Koana/Go Aoki (Yamanasshi, JPN) in the semifinals of the Mixed Doubles Super Series - Saskatchewan in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 9-5 over Jill Springer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the Mixed Doubles Super Series - Saskatchewan in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada;
Han/Wang finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Han/Wang defeated Jaime Smith-Windsor/Robin Shillington (Regina, SK) 10-1, then won 7-3 against Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) and 7-1 against Roxie Trembath/Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB). Han/Wang won 9-3 against Brett Barber/Mitch Heidt (Kerrobert, SK). Han/Wang went on to lose 9-6 against Gill/Hewitt in their final qualifying round match.
