Ariane Oberson (Bern, SUI) finished 7-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Oberson defeated Isabelle Einspieler (St. Gallen, SUI) 6-3, then won 11-7 against Anja von Arx (Schaffhausen, SUI) and 8-7 against Zoe Schwaller (Limmattal, SUI). Oberson won 10-3 against Elodie Jerger (Baden, SUI), then won 8-3 against Kathrine Blackham (Basel, SUI) and 8-4 against Blackham. Oberson won 10-5 against von Arx. Oberson went on to lose 7-4 against Schwaller in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swiss Junior Championships Championship title, Oberson earned 3.750 world rankings points. For week 35 of the event schedule, Oberson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Oberson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
