Perret/Rios Reaches 2024 Mixed Doubles Gstaad Quarters

Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) qualified for the 2024 Mixed Doubles Gstaad playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 10-6 against Kristin Moen Skaslien/Magnus Nedregotten (Oslo, NOR).

Perret/Rios finished 3-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Perret/Rios lost 6-1 to Sophie Jackson/Duncan McFadzean (Stirling, GBR), then responded with a 5-4 win over Dilsat Yildiz/Bilal Omer Cakir (ANKARA, TUR). Perret/Rios won 11-2 against Nancy Martin/Steve Laycock (Saskatoon , SK). Perret/Rios went on to lose 7-6 against Robyn Munro/Ross Whyte (Stirling, GBR). Perret/Rios responded with a 7-6 win over Paulina Hajduk/Jan Horacek (Bratislava, SVK) in their final qualifying round match.

Perret/Rios earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Mixed Doubles Gstaad. For week 11 of the event schedule, Perret/Rios did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Perret/Rios ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
