Kayleigh Shannon (Calgary, AB) finished 4-4 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Shannon lost 5-2 to Kaylin Young (Edmonton, AB), droppimg another game, 9-5 to Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB) where Shannon responded with a 9-4 win over Grace Beaudry (Calgary, AB). Shannon won 9-8 against Irelande McMahon (Calgary, AB). Shannon went on to lose 11-5 against Emma Deschiffart (Lacombe, AB). Shannon lost 7-4 to Myla Plett (Airdrie, AB) where Shannon responded with a 9-3 win over Abby Whitbread (Lacombe, AB). Shannon won 9-1 against Shianna Lind (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Shannon earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 33 of the event schedule, Shannon did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Shannon ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
