Richards went on to lose 9-8 against Grace Beaudry (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Richards earned 2.125 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Curling Alberta U20 Provincials, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 96th place overall with 21.813 total points.
