Dailene Pewarchuk (Victoria, BC) run at the 2024 Island Shootout came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-4 loss to Taylor Reese-Hansen (Victoria, BC).

Pewarchuk finished 2-2 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Pewarchuk defeated Woodward (Victoria, BC) 7-6, then went on to lose 7-3 against Shiella Cowan (Maple Ridge, BC). Pewarchuk responded with a 10-0 win over Sarah Wark (Abbotsford, BC). Pewarchuk went on to lose 6-3 against Kristen Ryan (Maple Ridge, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Pewarchuk earned 3.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Island Shootout. For week 15 of the event schedule, Pewarchuk did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Pewarchuk ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
