In their opening game, Bulgaria's Reto Seiler defeated Israel's Alex Pokras 6-4, then won 9-7 against Slovenia's Gabor Bor Zelinka and 11-1 against Romania's Allen Coliban. Bulgaria's Reto Seiler won 2-0 against Georgia's Kakha Ambrolava, then won 11-1 against Andorra's Josep Garcia and 7-1 against Croatia's Hrvoje Tolic.
