Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK) won 6-5 over Magnus Ramsfjell (Trondheim, NOR) in the Final of the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2, held October 1 - 6 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. To advance to the championship game, Kleiter won 5-3 over Sam Mooibroek (Whitby, ON) in the semifinals of the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; and won 8-6 over Owen Purcell (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals.
Kleiter finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kleiter defeated Mooibroek 4-3, then won 7-5 against Kyle Waddell (Stirling, SCO) and 7-5 against Marc Muskatewitz (Fuessen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 Championship title, Kleiter earned 41.250 world rankings points along with the $15,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 10 of the event schedule, Kleiter did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kleiter ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
