Taj McKenzie (Vernon, BC) finished 3-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McKenzie lost 7-6 to Colby Wilson (Prince George, BC), then responded with a 8-7 win over Jesse Tiede (Courtenay, BC). McKenzie won 8-5 against Austin Tomlinson (Salmon Arm, BC). McKenzie went on to lose 9-3 against Kaiden Beck (Salmon Arm, BC). McKenzie responded with a 12-10 win over Matthew Reynolds (Kimberley, BC). McKenzie went on to lose 7-2 against Adam Fenton (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

McKenzie earned 0.563 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 30 of the event schedule, McKenzie did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. McKenzie ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
