Kibo Mulima (Guelph, ON) won 8-4 over Tyler MacTavish (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON) in the Final Mulima advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the U21 Ontario Provincials, held February 28 - March 2, 2024 at the Dundas Valley Golf and Curling Club in Dundas, Canada.

Mulima finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mulima defeated Ryan Hastings (Oshawa, ON) 12-3, then won 12-3 against Aaron Benning (Ottawa, ON) and 8-3 against Wyatt Wright (Hamilton, ON). Mulima won 10-6 against MacTavish, then won 6-5 against Evan MacDougall (Hamilton, ON) and 9-3 against Sonny DiFranco (Ottawa, ON). Mulima went on to lose 7-5 against Noah Garner (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the U21 Ontario Provincials Championship title, Mulima earned 3.750 world rankings points, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 104th place overall with 22.250 total points.
