Anders Lindgren (Goteborg, SWE) finished 2-3 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lindgren lost 11-3 to Axel Landelius (Mjoelby, SWE), then responded with a 6-0 win over Johnny Eriksson (Silverstenen, SWE). Lindgren won 6-5 against Claes Eriksson (Uppsala, SWE). Lindgren went on to lose 9-2 against Axel Rosander (Norrkoping, SWE). Lindgren lost 7-2 to Johan Bergman (Sundbyberg, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

For week 28 of the event schedule, Lindgren did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
