To advance to the championship game, Granbom won 10-4 over Axel Rosander (Norrkoping, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2024 Swedish Curling Championships in Jonkoping, Sweden; Simon Granbom (Gavle, SWE) qualified for the 2024 Swedish Curling Championships playoffs, set to play their quarterfinals match against Mats Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE).

Granbom finished 2-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Granbom defeated Magnus Heldin (Uppsala, SWE) 9-3, then won 9-2 against Johan Bergman (Sundbyberg, SWE).
