In their opening game, Dewar defeated Sophie Blades (Summerside/Cornwall, PEI) 9-5, then won 8-7 against Melissa Morrow (Crapaud, PEI). Dewar went on to lose 6-1 against Jane DiCarlo (Crapaud, PEI). Dewar lost 7-6 to Amanda Power (Cornwall, PEI) where Dewar responded with a 7-6 win over Jenny White (Crapaud, PEI). Dewar went on to lose 10-4 against Morrow in their final qualifying round match.
